Well- known producer of high quality polymers, Covestro India, launches in India multiple science and math labs in cities like Mumbai, Greater Noida, Cuddalore and Ankleshwar. It has joined hands along with the ARCH Foundation to establish the same. The count of labs are distributed as: four in Ankleshwar, four in Greater Noida, si in Cuddalore and six in Mumbai. We can’t deny the fact that, Covestro has really made a significant contribution in the field of science which would definitely add to some progress.
In an interview, the Managing Director of Covestro India, Ajay Durrani has to say, that, they aim to inculcate scientific interest and inclination towards the ongoing possibilities in the field of science in the children, with the introduction of ‘Brighter World Lab’. He believes that, this would make them develop a connection between the scientific knowledge prevailing in their textbooks with the actual outside world. Adding to this, he said that a sophisticated architecture and a huge infrastructure does not assure of regulated academia, especially in government schools. His motive towards the introduction of Brighter World Labs is solely to bring the students closer with the practical implementation and experimentation of what they have been reading in their textbooks, with first-hand.
The Brighter World Labs consists of 109 tabletop working models which are based on biology, physics and chemistry. The labs are well equipped with all the basic and advanced tools which would direct children in understanding closely by not only reading the theories rather by doing a true hands-on, when it comes to science.
